To submit a support ticket, follow these steps:
From the RXO Home Help Center:
- To submit a support ticket directly via your Internet browser, go to http://rxohome.zendesk.com and click on the Submit a request button in the upper-right hand corner
- You will be taken to a request form where you will type in your email, a subject line, and a description of what you need support on. If needed, you can also attach a file to supplement your written description
- Once you’ve filled out these details, click “Submit” to log your request
In the RXO Home mobile app:
- Another way to contact support is to open the RXO Home mobile app and press the “Account” tab on the bottom menu
- From this page scroll down to the “About” section where you’ll see a “Contact Us” button. Press on the “Contact Us” option, and you will see a pop-up menu where you may proceed to press “Email Us”
- Press on this button and an email will generate. Make sure to include a subject line and a description of what you need support on. Please provide as much information as possible as it will help us to resolve your issue in a quicker manner
