Residents can submit maintenance requests via the app. The Maintenance team can reach out to the resident via RXO chat to update them on status or additional questions they may have. Please use the following steps to book a cleaning through RXO Home:
- Open the RXO Home mobile app, press the ‘Services’ tab and select the‘ Maintenance’ feature under 'Home Services’
- From this view, you can see upcoming and past maintenance service you have scheduled.
- Press ‘Start New Request’, select the category that best fits the maintenance request you are seeking. You will be able to provide a brief description of the problem you are experiencing, attach up to three photos, select to either grant or deny permission to enter your home, and confirm if you have a pet and leave additional notes.
- You can confirm the appointment has been created by heading back to the 'Services' tab and selecting 'Maintenance'. This is where all your existing and previous maintenance appointments will live.
